Greatest chance for 3rd front

As the general elections are approaching, this is the greatest chance for a 3rd front to claim power at the center. We have seen the failing UPA administration. The UPA government has failed in many many issues, the prime being security. We've had so many lapses in security, the recent amongst them being the massive attack on Taj hotel in Mumbai. The government has even failed to get the Nuclear Deal through easily with their prime alliance partner Left front opposing the deal. They have clearly shown weakness for power by hanging onto the Left front. The United Progressive Alliance have clearly taken India a step back. I personally would like to see an alternative government at the center. The National Democratic Alliance composing mainly of BJP is surely an alternative to consider. The projected prime ministerial candidate LK Advani is surely one of the finest politicians in India today. The greatest negative for BJP is the infighting within the party. If voted to power, will they be able to put aside their differences and deliver what India needs? One thing is for sure thought, that NDA will be able to provide a better security for the country against the external forces in particular Taliban. However, there is growing sense of insecurity in bringing BJP to power. We could see more of mangalore incidents happening; more groups like Ram Sene might rise up. So this leaves the 3rd front comprising of what I call as miscellaneous parties of India as the second alternative. There is still no projected Prime Ministerial candidate announced yet from the 3rd front. I surely will not prefer and will not vote for a third front. There is every possibility of the BSP leader Mayawati emerging as the prime ministerial candidate from the front, which could the most horrible thing to ever happen to Indian politics. I don't see 3rd front coming to power with full majority. However, the parties will surely have a say in the government formation. The miscellaneous parties are going to eat into the votes of both BJP and Congress. The situation is very very interesting. After weighing through the available options and putting national security ahead of any internal problem, I would prefer NDA forming government at the center.
